Essay

The subject of dissertation was to establish nootropic preparations (cognitive enhancers) interhemispheric asymmetry of action in the conditions of absence and presence of brain pathology. The established results were tested on the comparable model of this pathology at mongolian gerbils, the received information confirmed mainly the righthemispheric action of preparation of phenibute mainly. The fixed peculiarities of nootrops action and presence of preparations inclination to fabrics of certain brain hemisphere are pre-conditions for subsequent development of rational therapy charts of brain diseases with hemispheric localization of pathological process
