In this work it is presented the main results of the investigation of theoretical and practical aspects of management of financial safety of machinbuilding enterprises. Also, it is developed the models of mechanisms of management of financial safety of enterprise, which let to form complex of defence reactions of enterprise on the base of adaptive approach, which is for providing firm functioning and developing of its financial system in the conditions of non stable outside surroundings. It is work out the models of estimation of the state of financial safety of enterprise. It is proposed econometris models of estimation and analysing of threat for of financial safetv of enterorise.
