In dissertation to work the new concept of modeling of influence of the intellectual capital on innovation development of the enterprise is developed, in which basis the principles of the system analysis and synthesis of structurally functional stages of operation of business are incorporated, and also use of a complex of models of management innovation by processes of researched object, that allows to raise efficiency innovation of activity of the enterprise. The method of measurement of the intellectual capital of the enterprise is developed which is based on a complex estimation of parameters of his (its) structure: the human, organizational and consumer capitals. Improvement she is model of distribution of additional cost at the enterprise, in which basis the principles of planning of additional cost are fixed depending on its (her) available size and method of acceptance of the decision concerning a choice of the script of increase of efficiency innovation of development of the enterprise, which is based on research of a parity (ratio) of making structure of the intellectual capital. The information system of support of acceptance of the decisions for a choice of effective strategy innovation of development of the enterprise is developed which is based on principles scription of management with use of modern information technologies.
