The thesis is dedicated to the problem of the forming of the senior pupils' creative capabilities in the process of research activities in JAS of Ukraine.The problem is investigated not only as psychological and pedagogical but as organizational, technological and procedural one. The methods of the senior pupils' creative capabilities developing in the educational process of JAS of Ukraine are defined and experimentally confirmed. The general strategy of the education and upbringing system "Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" and the ways of its strategic tasks realization on the state, regional and procedure levels are defined.
