Essay

The object is mathematical preparation of senior preschool children in preschool educational establishments. The aim is to ground theoraticaly the pedagogical conditions which provide the formation of logical and mathematic notions intended for senior preschool children in the process of mathematical preparation, approve their efficiency. Methods are theoretical, empirical, diagnostical, statistical. The novelty deals with the pedagogical conditions of forming of logical and mathematic notions intended for senior preschool children, which are developed and experimentally checked for the first time; the definition “of logical and mathematic notions” is determined. The criteria and the indices of evaluation of formed logical and mathematic notions are fixed. The levels of formed logical and mathematic notions are described (high, middle, low). The methods of forming of senior preschool children’s mathematical conceptions got further development. Results are represented in an experimental program and thelessons plan-synopses aimed at forming of senior preschool children’s logical and mathematic notions, which have been created. Effectiveness glish thematic vocabulary-minimum aimed at forming senior preschool students' stock of lexical knowledge has been worked out. Efficiency of introduction - high. Area - pedagogical, higher educational establishments, preschool educational institutions.
