Object - senior preschool children's communication. Purpose - in theory grounded and experimentally proved the pedagogical conditions aimed at forming humanistic orientation of intercourse of children of senior preschool age. Methods: theoretical, empirical, diagnostical, statistical. Novelty - at the first time the pedagogical conditions aimed at forming humanistic orientation of senior preschool children's communication have been discovered and tested. The experimental model of realization of pedagogical conditions aimed at forming humanistic orientation of senior preschool children's communication has been developed. Certainly structure and maintenance of notion "humanistic orientation of senior preschool children's communication"; criteria and their indexes, levels of forming humanistic orientation of senior preschool children's communication have been discovered and described. Essence of notions "humanism co-operation", "humane mutual relations" have been specified; the reasons which interfere with forming humanistic orientation of communication; methods of education of humanism conduct and mutual relations of children. Got subsequent development of position about the role of communication in moral education of preschool children, theory and practice of humanism education of preschool age. Results - the method of work is developed with children, parents and educators in relation to forming humanistic orientation of senior preschool children's communication, code of humanistic communicatijn adults with children, system of employments and games from forming of the humanistic orientation of senior preschool children's communication have been created. Efficiency of introduction is high. Area is pedagogical, higher educational establishments, preschool educational institutions.
