Essay

Experimental research of anabolic activity for hydrophilic soy grass extract (SGHE) was carried out. It has been found that SGHE under intragastric injection in a doze 100 mg/kg demonstrates marked anabolic activity both in intact animals and under increased catabolism conditions, exceeding reference medicines. It was found that components of SGHE anabolic activity mechanism are influence on nucleic acids synthesis. It was found that ergotropic activity of SGHE similar to reference medicine Elkar, moderate hypoglycemic activity and expressed antioxidant activity. SGHE in a doze 100 mg/kg does not cause androgenic effect, does not cause allergic and genotoxic effects, does not disorganize cell membrane so, it is relatively non toxic. The researched extract is characterized with broad range of activities and compares favourably with existing on the pharmaceutical market anabolic medicines.
