The Object: civil upbringing of teenagers in the context of the socializing process. The Purpose: to develop and test experimentally a model of de-veloping public position of teenagers in the youth organizations in the process of entering the social environment. Methods: science literature analysis, pedagogical observation, questioning and discus-sion. Practical Value: the main statements and the results of the investigation can be used by the youth organization's leaders during the improve-ment of the contents and educational process methods in the youth organizations in the process of training teachers and social pedagogues.
