Research object: process of management region innovative activity; the goal of the work: development of complex of economical-mathematical models of region innovative activity management on the basis of existent potential, goals and results of innovative activity, that will allow to accelerate development of regions and country economy and promote quality of population life; the method of research and device: theory of the active systems; cluster analysis; taksonomy-method; cross-correlation-regressive analysis; theory of fuzzy sets; method of panel data analysis; dynamic probabilistic model of development of socio-economic processes rapid; method of system dynamics; simulation of scenarios technique; theoretical and practical results: in the work such concepts have been improved: region innovative activity management mechanism; estimates models of region and enterprise innovative potential and region and enterprise innovative activity results; model of regions innovative activity stimulation; estimates models of economic efficiency of regions innovative activity; in the work such concepts have gotten further development: model of enterprises innovative activity; estimation model of innovative projects efficiency; model of realization of regions innovative activity stimulation scenarios; the practical value of the obtained results is that the introduction of the worked: theoretical developments are taken to the level of practical suggestions and scenarios of the use, the use of the offered developments allowed to carry out the analysis of innovative processes development in Ukraine; to expose the features of regions innovative processes; to estimate economic efficiency of regions innovative activity and, as a result, build the effective scenarios of regions innovative activity stimulation; object and level of introduction: the developments are put in practical activity of Pavlograd district state administration of the Dnepropetrovsk area, in practical activity of enterprises «Turboatom», «Artemovsk spiritfactory», a sphere of the use is a management of innovative activity.
