Thesis is devoted to the problems of molecular mechanisms of stress- and immunomodulatory action of benzodiazepine tranquilizers and perspectives of their using to pharmacologic correction of stress disorders of immune system. It has been established organ-specific and stage effectiveness of tranquilizers action it was shown ability of Relanium to increase stress-inducated changes in organisms resistance factors and decrease their poststress rehabilitations. It was established high effectiveness of prophylactic action of new tranquilizers – Gydazepam and Cinazepam for stabilization of lymphocytes membranes and correction of cells-cytokines mechanisms of regulation of immune function. It was recommended using of Gydazepam - the most effective regulator of all stress-related pathogenic mechanisms.
