Prudenko Y. Aesthetic nature of post-modernist "silent movies".

The thesis notifies investigates the phenomenon of post-modernist "silent movies" as a cultural phenomena of the second half of XX-XXI centuries, in the light of its emerging, settlement and transformation. The work defined the general paradigm of the non-classical aesthetic and philosophy, which is directed at criticism of language and speech. The work realized an analysis of new post-modernist category "silence", proving the relationship between its appearance and transformation at the perceptional culture of a new age. Research of the nature of post-modernist "silent movies" allows to pick out its new expressive components: destruction and annihilation of verbalization, compensatory expansion of visual expressiveness and also irony and quotation - constituents of the post-modernist intertextual. In the process of the investigation one analyzed the aesthetic and cultural heritage of Ukrainian poetical cinematograph and its non-verbal artistic expressiveness. The thesis considers modern prospectsof post-modernist "silent movies".
