Essay

The object is the system of pedagogical education at higher school of England and Scotland. The purpose is a) to define the theory and practices tendencies and directions of education of teacher in England and Scotland and b) experimentally approve possibility of the use of experience teacher’s education in the system of pedagogical formation of Ukraine. The analysis of maintenance is first carried out, technology, teaching methods, forms of organization of teaching, methods of control of teaching results, going to conception of the «Teacher’s professionalism» in the process of education of teachers in England, Scotland and Ukraine are theoretical results and novelty. Modern and small known English-language sources, normative acts, position papers and standards which expose functions and organization of the system of pedagogical formation of England and Scotland inculcated in a scientific environment. Positions of dissertation, base of sources and methodical recommendations of author, assist more complete and systematically open the ways of education of teachers of England and Scotland. This is the ground for the creative use experience of education of teachers of England and Scotland in the process of education of teachers in Ukraine. There are practical results and research novelty. The methodical recommendations «Creative approach and critical use of experience of professional preparation of teacher of England and Scotland in the system of pedagogical formation of Ukraine» are developed. There are subject and degree of introduction. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch are pedagogical, higher educational establishments.
