Object: the work of minors’ orphanages, dealing with social protection of neglected children. Aim: to ground theoretically and to examine experimentally the pedagogical conditions of social protection of neglected children in orphanages. Methods: literature analysis, questioning, testing, conversation, observation, experiment. Novelty: the pedagogical conditions of social protection of neglected children in orphanages and the adopted technology of developed complex of pedagogical conditions have been grounded. Results: the complex program of socio-pedagogical accompaniment has been introduced, the department of complex accompaniment process of social protection, which is a mobile scientific and methodical consulting centre, has been created on the basis of orphanage.
