Essay

The work is dedicated to optimization of inventory management in trading networks taking into account uncertainty caused by the network elements activity and stimulation as the major operating lever. The necessity of logistics approach in stock distribution and maintaining its optimal level was grounded herewith, the necessity of creation marketing channels for sales in trading networks that specifies the demand for using the theory of active systems when constructing multi-level inventory management hierarchical systems was determined in the work. The system of optimization models for ordering agents subject to stimulation was suggested, the procedure of determining the range and the scope of stimulation was proposed, as well as it was proved that economical motivation, in this case, stimulation is an integral factor of stable functioning of the whole system. The inventory management model on the basis of Petri's Grids mathematical apparatus that successfully describes processes parallelism, cause-and-effect relations and serves as the foundation for construction of a management information system was created. The state of inventory management of the existing trading network was analyzed and the efficiency of the proposed models and methods was proved herewith. The introduction of the research results allowed to optimize inventory management and agent bids flows, decreased the impact of asymmetric information possibilities of the center and the agents, accelerated and simplified the procedure of trading stocks distribution.
