Essay

Object of research - a functional condition of cardiorespiratory systems preschool age children with weak eye-sight. The aim of research - to establish functional features of cardiorespiratory systems preschool age children with weak eye-sight. Materials and methods of research. It is surveyed 75 children with weak eye-sight and 79 healthy children of both sex of 4,5-6,5 years. Methods of research: spirography, spirometry pulsometry, tonometry, electrocardiography, echocardiography, rheoencephalography, analysis of heart rate variabilyti, functional tests - hypoxic tests, active tilt-test, one-stage step-test; methods of mathematical statistics, correlation analysis. Theoretical and practical results, novelty. For the first time it is established, that cardiorespiratory systems preschool age children with weak eye-sight characterized by decrease of reserve capacity of breathing; formation hypokinetic of blood circulation; intensification of myocardium contractility function in the idle state; less economic work of heart; redistribution cerebral hemodynamic; less than adequate response of systemic hemodynamics to physical loading; increase of parasympathy influence and centralization of heart rite vegetative regulation; decreasing hemodynamic and vegetative reactance and vegetative provision of physical activity. Area of introduction: the theory of age physiology, practice of adaptive physical training, physical rehabilitation, correction education and teaching of physiology in high schools.
