Dissertation is devoted the study of pharmacodynamic properties of corvitin in experimental terms as stimulator of synthesis of oxide of nitrogen, endothelium-depend vasodilatation of the isolated segments of pectoral aorta and proof-reader of rhythmic activity of papilliferous muscles of heart of grown man rats, and also influence of complex therapy, in combination from corvitin on clinical motion, haemodynamic indexes, displays of endothelial disfunction (for patients on ischemic disease of the heart and afterinfarctum's cardiosclerosis), state of peroxydation of lipids and system of endogenous antioxydational protection, local inflammatory process, displays of depression and quality of life, for patients with the acute heart attack of myocardium on a background an arterial hypertension and chronic cardiac insufficiency. The combined therapy with plugging in the chart of treatment of corvitin brings depressions over and improvements of quality of life of patients to the reliable diminishingof displays.
