Essay

The Object: the development of teenagers' crea-tive activity. The Aim: to ground theoretically and to check experimentally the pedagogical condi-tions of teenagers' creative activity development by means of cultural and art programs. The fol-lowing methods have been used: theoretical, em-piric, experimental and statistical ones. The prac-tical aim: the author's cultural and art programs, the program of the course of studies for students on the basis of "Cultural and Art Programs" and methodical recommendations on the basis of "In-troduction of Cultural and Art Programs into the process of academic studies at secondary school" have been elaborated and introduced into the process of secondary education.
