Object of research: processes of social - professional rehabilitation of invalids on makro-and microlevels.The purpose of dissertational work is improvements of theoretical and methodological bases of social - professional rehabilitation of invalids and development of scientific - practical recommendations on creation of complete system of its functioning. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of generalization, a method of the comparative analysis, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering, a method of the system analysis and economy - mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of theoretical and methodological positions and development of scientific - practical recommendations on creation of complete system of social - professional rehabilitation of invalids in Ukraine and formation of the mechanism of its realization. ractical results: consist of that theoretical and scientific - methodical positions, and also the scientific - practical recommendations developed during research, form a basis of creation of complete system of social - professional rehabilitation of invalids with the purpose of their integration into a public life and worthy labour employment. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the structurally functional circuit of complete system of rehabilitation of invalids is developed by their social - professional rehabilitation and expansion of employment; directions of formation of the mechanism of creation of complete system of social - professional rehabilitation of invalids are offered; are advanced: theoretical and methodological bases of development of system of rehabilitation of invalids, namely the functional - componental structure of complete system of social - professional rehabilitation of invalids is developed; have received the further development: теоретико-methodological bases of construction of system of rehabilitation of invalids; scientific - methodical approaches to maintenance of effectiveness of systemof social - professional rehabilitation of invalids.Degree of introduction: results of carried out research are used in practical activities of Department of Strategy of Social Development of the Ministry of Work and Social Policy of Ukraine; Central Administrative Board of Work and Social Protection of the Population of the Zaporozhye Regional State Administration; Management of Work, Social Protection and Inhabited Grants Melitopol City Council; the Odessa Regional Society of Invalids; State interprice "Yuzdnoe"; Open Society "Odessa Specialized Department of Mechanization", and also it is used in educational process Melitopol of the State Pedagogical University.
