Essay

The object - pedagogical process in Waldorf primary school; the aim - to facilitate the use of creative achievements of Waldorf pedagogy in primary schools of Ukraine on the basis of study and generalization of Waldorf ideas and on the basis of analysis and systematization of Waldorf experience of maintaining health in young learners; the methods - theoretical (general scientific, historical-pedagogical), empiric (questionnaires, observation, assessment, self-assessment); the novelty - the investigation has been the first to provide integral analysis of theory and practice of maintaining health in young learners in Waldorf school; the results - the scientific-methodological system of maintaining health in young learners in Waldorf school (goal, objectives, leading pedagogical ideas, requirements for the pedagogical process, criteria, indices, efficiency conditions, design of the content of education, choice of methods and forms) is revealed; literary sources in German and English, which have not been previously analysed (21), are introduced for scientific study.
