The object - the educational process in higher educational establishments; the aim - to reveal the developed technology influence on the levels of the emotional culture formation of future managers; the methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; the novelty - the technology of the emotional culture formation of future managers is worked out, grounded theoretically and tested experimentally; the criteria and indices of the emotional culture formation of future managers are specified; the results - conclusions and methodical recommendations have been inculcated into educational process, the statements formulated in the dissertation can be used for the increase of future managers education while working out curricula, methodical and educational accessories for students of higher educational pedagogical establishments.
