Research object: system and processes of transporting maintenance point-of-sale network proper by her enterprises, that except for production carry out delivery of the perishable products to the users by an own motor transport; purpose of work: development of complex economics-mathematical models for the ground of decisions in relation to the management by transporting maintenance point-of-sale network in the case of perishable products; research method and apparatus: to the probability and mathematical statistics (method of Monte Carlo, groupings and verification of statistical hypotheses) theory, regressive analysis, methods of spryazhennykh of gradients yteratsyonnogo as Fletchera-ryvsa; theoretical and practical results: conceptual positions of process control of transporting maintenance point-of-sale network; model of determination of reliability of reserve of reserves parts to the cars by the exposure law of division probabilities of casual size amount refusals; model of construction of optimum routes of conveyance loads, the difference of which there is basing on principle of delivery loads «expressly in time» with the use of simulation technique (to the method of Monte Carlo); criterion rational choice of details which are subject to the forced repair; economics-mathematical model of determination optimum level of operating reliability vehicles; economics-mathematical case frame in size reserve of reserves parts to the cars; the practical value of the got results consists in that the use of the developed complex economics-mathematical case frames by transporting maintenance point-of-sale network will allow to the enterprises which deliver the perishable products to the clients by an own transport, to settle such tasks: choice of vehicles for their load, routing, determination optimum reserve of reserves parts and support of necessary level operating reliability of select cars in an unique informative base and depending on the requirements of clients to reliability delivery; object and degree of introduction: developments are inculcated in practical activity of «Donetsk Breadcombine», «Kyrovskyy Breadcombine», educational process in the Donetsk University of Economics and Law; sphere of the use: management by transporting maintenance of point-of-sale network, educational process.
