Golovko O. The concept of MOVEMENT in linguistic and cognitive dimensions

The thesis highlights theoretical grounds of presentation concept MOVEMENT as a pattern for further research. Such prototypical models reflect anthropocentric principles of language and conceptual worldview, as well as national specificity of the above concept. The research presents the analysis of lexical verbalization of MOVEMENT by means of different parts of speech (nouns, adjectives, verbs); syntactic expression through the Infinitival, Gerundial and Participial constructions. The role of perception while coding and decoding information has been defined. The paper triggers temporary features of lexical objectivation, pragmatic aspects of the writer's activity, and creative character of writer reader relations. Importance of specific strategies and tactics used for forming a message and communicative situation has been singled out.
