Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of neuroprotective activity of condensed [1,2,4]-triazinones derivatives. In using of in vitro and in vivo studies was established that compound KO-17 (benzyl esther of 2-(3,4-dihydro-3-oxo- 2H-[1,2,4]-triazino[4,3-c]quinazoline-4-il)acetic acid), possesses higher antioxidant, antiamnestic and antihypoxic activity as compared pharmacological standards - emoxipine, thiotriazoline, pyracetame. Introduction of KO-17 to experimental animals decreases neurological breaches and destruction of neurons of sensomotoric zone. By strength of activity under condition of modeling of stroke, KO-17 reliablely surpasses thiotriazoline and pyracetame by decreasing of neurological breaches, emoxipine - by decreasing of nitrite-anion, and by such indexes like decreasing of destruction of neurons, SOD activity and decreasing of OMP markers surpasses emoxipine, thiotriazoline, pyracetame.
