Object of research: processes of management by development of enterprises. Purpose of research: re-search, ground and development of conceptual positions of design of situation mechanism of management by development of enterprises, and also development of methodical recommendations on his practical realization. Methods of research: methods of management by the economic systems; system-structural, static, dynamic analysis, methods of classification and ranging, patterns recognition; decision-making theory; economical and mathematical design.
