Reshetnyk A. Grounds and Zoohygienic Estimation of the Intensive Manufacture Correction Subject to Stress Sensitivity of the Organism of Pigs.

Object of research: conditions of maintenance, functional peculiarities, of a swine organism with various emotional coefficients (Ke) and its stress sensitivity; Purpose of research: to evaluate the micro climate of reconstructed piggeries according to zoo hygienic conditions, to investigate effectiveness of forced ventilation in piggeries in different year periods and influence of micro climate on a swine organism, to research the functional state of pigs subject to its stress sensitivity on the ground of determination of Ke under conditions of intensive technology; Methods of research: zoohygienic, ethological, zootechnical, laboratory methods: morphological, biochemical, immunological, immune enzymatic, morphometrical & physics and chemical; Scientific novelty: It has first been investigated correlation between K of hybrid pigs (landrace) and factors of natural resistance, between metabolism intensity and productivity. It has been specified a specific structure of thyroid gland and functional activity of adrenals of pigs with different K-indexes. It has been investigated behavioral reactions of pigs and it has been shown that the pigs with higher K-index are more resistant and productive, more adapted to intensive technology. Subject and degree of providing: it has been taken out patent for an useful model and practical selection of repair pigs have been recommended for reproduction under intensive technology (patent № 33955 of Ukraine on an useful model, U200800251 МПК, А01К 6702).Proposed: to test repair pigs on definition of K-index within framework of 10-25 and to recommend selling the pigs in small farms.
