Object: Ukrainian schools in the Crimea from the middle of the XX to early XXI century as a social and pedagogical phenomenon; aіm: to conduct integral historical and pedagogical analysis of Ukrainian schools development in the Crimea from the middle of the XX to early XXI century in order to take advantage of positive experience for present national school system evolution; methods: historical and pedagogical analysis of archival sources, historical and pedagogical literature, laws and statutes; synthesis, comparison, classification, generalization, and systematization; novelty: for the first time comprehensive historical and pedagogical analysis of Ukrainian schools development in the Crimea from the middle of the XX to early XXI century as a specific historical phenomenon is conducted; particularities and principles of Ukrainian schools’ work are substantiated; possibilities of historical experience implementation into the modern national schools’ work are considered; results: research material canbe implemented in higher educational institutions for teaching “History of Pedagogics”, “Elementary School Pedagogics”, “Higher Education Pedagogics”; for textbooks and teaching aids development; for optional courses and seminars in pedagogical sciences; field: general pedagogy and history of pedagogy.
