Essay

Object of research: kontroling of formations and using of human resources. The purpose of dissertational work is development of scientific - methodical and organizational - practical bases of construction of kontroling system контролинга formations and using of human resources. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of generalization, a method of the comparative analysis, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering, a method of the system analysis and economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: will consist in de velopment of a complex of theoretical, methodical and scientific - practical recommendations by definition of directions of increase of a system of effectiveness kontroling of formations and using of human resources. Practical results: will consist in development of positions and recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of overcoming of poverty in Ukraine on principles of global partnership, actions on prevention of poverty at a macroeconomic level in conditions of development of world economic connections. Scientific novelty: for the first time: it is given concepts " kontroling of formations and using of human resources"; the structurally functional model of complex system of kontroling of formations and ussng of human resources is developed; it is advanced: classification of kinds and target orientation of kontroling of, due to introduction of classification attributes "on levels of management", "under factors of manufacture"; the scientific - methodical approach on realization of an estimation of a management efficiency by human resources on the basis of use of functions; have received the further development: system of the parameters necessary for carrying out of a complex estimation of methods management by human resources at the industrial enterprise; the mechanism of realization of kontroling of formations and uses of human resources. Degree of introduction: results of the lead research are used in practical activities of Donetsk oblast Department of Trade Unions; Donetsk Regional State Administration; Joint-Stock Company "Art’iomovsk machine-building factory "Vistek"; Zaporozhye Regional Branch of Open Society "Ukrainian Mountain - Metallurgical Company", and also in educational process Donetsk national University and the State University of Computer Science and an Artificial Intellect.
