Essay

Dissertation is devoted to experimental ground of expedience of the combined application of the liposomal form of Quercetinum - Lipoflavonum and Acelyzinum at chronic heart failure. The possibility to warn forming of widespread membranopathy due to the substantial decline of intensity of generation and accumulation of free radicals and effective adjusting of prooxidant-antioxidative homeostasis in the blood serum and myocardium underlies in the cardioprotector effect of Lipoflavonum and his combination with Acelyzinum at chronic heart failure. Found out the effects of preparations allow to promote tolerance to the physical loading and multiply the indexes of microcirculation and transcapillary exchange. Next to it, the combined use of Lipoflavonum with Acelyzinum at chronic heart failure strengthens functioning of protective-compensate reactions of organism on the stage of biotransport.
