Essay

The object of research are human resources management processes in the project. A research purpose is the increase of a projects management efficiency by development of a project team structure formation methods with functional reservation. The basic methods of research are: combination analysis, boolean algebra, theory of sets, methods of optimization. Scientific significance of results is by that the developed methods are a scientific - methodical basis for creation of a project team formation technique with functional reservation. Practical significance consists that the application of results of the given work at formation of a project team has allowed to raise a projects management efficiency by development of a project team structure formation methods with functional reservation. The decisions received at use of developed methods, have shown reduction of a project team number in 1,1 - 1,6 times in comparison with the decisions received with the help of known methods. The offered approach and developed tool means can effectively be used by development of the plan of project human resources management; at formation of project personnel structure in view of functional reservation; at acceptance of the decision about a choice of the experts for inclusion them in a team of the new project. For the first time the method of project team structure formation based on functional reservation of roles and responsibility is developed. It as against existing methods determines the minimal structure of human resources, that allows to increase a management efficiency by the project. The method of personnel selection based on an estimation of the characteristics of the applicants on a degree them claiming in the project is improved, that allows to choose required structure of a project team. The method of test tasks formation based on the combination analysis and account of works distribution task specificity has received the further development, that allows to raise efficiency of selection of the personnel.Introduction - branch. Further use of the results, received in the dissertation, is recommended in research, design organizations, they can be applied at creation of procedures of planning of human resources of the project, formation of a project team.
