Object of research: processes of advancement of innovative products and commercialization of scientific developments. Purpose of research: theoretical ground and development of conception of design of processes of advancement of innovative products in the apeak-integrated structures, that optimizes organiza-tional, financial and marketing making realization of innovations. Methods of research: systems approach, methods of statistical and comparative analysis, meth-ods of economical and mathematical modeling, method of project management. Results: conception of design of processes of advancement of innovative products is developed in the apeak-integrated structures; model of co-ordination of processes of advancement of innova-tive products in the apeak-integrated structure; the model of mechanism of forming and estimation of effi-ciency of functioning of the apeak-integrated structures is improved in separate industry of economy; the simu-lation model of determination of parameters of poten-tial market of innovative products is developed. Nov-elty: First: conception of design of processes of ad-vancement of innovative products is developed in the apeak-integrated structures; the simulation model of determination of parameters of potential market of in-novative products is developed with the use of method of system dynamics; improved: model of mechanism of forming and estimation of efficiency of functioning of the apeak-integrated structures in separate industry of economy; got further development model of co-ordination of advancement of innovative products.
