Object - senior preschool children's speech activity. Purpose - to ground pedagogical forming conditions of the senior preschool children's speech activity in the process of teaching English and to develop methodology of implementation of these conditions. Methods: theoretical, empirical, diagnostical, statistical. Novelty - the necessity and potential possibilities of the forming of the senior preschool children's speech activity in the process of teaching English were studied and scientifically grounded at first the structure and the matter of the "senior preschool children's English speech activity" phenomenon were found out also at first pedagogical forming conditions of this activity was determined the model and the content of the English speech activity were developed according to three determined directions the concepts "activity", "speech activity" were made more exact the levels of the senior preschool children's English speech activity organization were characterized, criteria and results were determined the methodology of forming of the preschool children's speech activity in the process of teaching English gained further development. Results - the methodology and lesson system of preschool children teaching English were developed, the didactic and speech games, English speech situations aimed at forming of the senior preschool children's speech activity in the process of mastering English were also developed. Efficiency of introduction is high. Area is pedagogical, higher educational establishments, preschool educational institutions.
