Karmazina L. Methods and instruments of communications barriers influence declininng in the virtual project teams

The object is process of communication management in projects, realized on the base of the virtual office. The aim is to create methods and instruments of communication barrier influence declining in the virtual project teams. Research methods are system and prosess approaches, fuzzy sets theory, hypertext technology. The method of determination of key project jurisdictions, the method of estimation of communication barrier influencing on a project are developed. The model of key project competence selection, principles of creation of the term descriptive articles of the subject field "Project Management" are improved. Research practical results: an instrument of calculation of the coefficient of project key jurisdiction firmness to communications barriers, a software tool "Project team glossarry", a library of the special templates of project documents for overcoming a stylistic barrier. Results are got in the project communication management, which are approved in practice. The sphere of use is virtual project communications.
