Matveyeva N. Organization of scientific-methodical work with the teachers of primary general school in Ukraine (1945-1990).

In dissertation the maintenance is exposed, organizational forms of scientific-methodical work with the teachers of primary school of Ukraine in 1945-1990 as one of aspects of continuous education. The state of developed of problem of research is analysed in scientific literature; basic approaches are definite to interpretation of notions "scientific-methodical work" "post-diploma education" and "in-plant training".Organization of scientific-methodical work is trained at a different level: self-education, school, district organs of folk education, institutes of improvement of teachers and pedagogical colleges, that was carried out accordingly requirements of development of all spheres of society and conditioned by the presence of socio-economic and social and political necessities, influencing of external (state policy, economy, sotsiоum) and internal (motivation of activity, self-appraisal) factors, and also necessity of overcoming of contradictions between the existent requirements to professional pedagogical activity and level of preparedness of pedagogical shots.
