Reshetnyak N. Experimental study of anti-inflammatory, reparative properties from Alnus glytinosa bark the viscous extract

The thesis is devoted to an alnus glytinosa bark of the viscous extract antiinflammatory characteristics research. In the research for the first time antiexsudative, antimicrobe and reparation activity of alnus glytinosa bark the viscous extract theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved. The experiments demonstrate that alnus glytinosa bark the viscous extract has the highest activity in dose of 60 mg/kg animal body weight, when aseptic inflammation caused by caragenin is suppressed 38,4% as in comparison medicine - voltaren 60.3% (Р<0,05). In result the use of alnus glytinosa bark of the viscous extract, note the action of decreasing inflammatory process (decrease secretion, diminish oedema), in clinical analysis of blood, note the decrease in quantity of leucocytes on the related clinical control.
