Drobysh L. Forming and regulation of labour demand and supply in the region (after the example of specialists of commercial and economic direction)

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of theoretical background of forming and regulation of labour demand and supply in a professional section. Considerable attention is given to the improvement of mechanisms of forming and regulation of the demand and supply of labour of specialists of commercial and economic direction and to the search of possible regulators, able to maintain balance between them. The definition of essence of labour market is offered by author, and the necessity of its segmentation for carrying out its following analysis is proved in the dissertation. The labour market of specialists of commercial and economic direction is also revealed, the main factors of forming of the demand on a certain speciality and of the supply on specialists of commercial and economic direction are determined. The mechanisms of regulation of this labour market are analyzed by the author too. The research of present conditions of Ukrainian labour market of specialists is conducted, the basic tendencies andconceptual features of its forming are revealed. The estimation of the conjuncture and demand conditions of labour market of commercial and economic direction specialists are also presented in this thesis. Methodical approaches to the research and prognostication of professional segments of labour market are offered. And, finally, the possible ways of achieving a balance between the demand and supply on the labour market of specialists of commercial and economic direction are suggested in the work. The main results of the dissertation thesis are introduced in the practical work of agencies, engaged in the problems of using of specialists.
