Grygoriev D. Becoming of the Ukrainian state system in interpretation of nonlinear conception of social cognition

Narrow-mindedness of classic approach to understanding the socially-historical dynamics is grounded in the dissertation and conducted it's postneclassical interpretation of the modern seeing of models of historical prognostication, which actualized in connection with the newest scientific discoveries, such as non-linearity of historical time, neocausality and others. An author accents attention on heuristic and predictional potential of nonlinear paradigm, which is a part of contemporary worldview and methodological basis of modern picture of world. All that necessitated opening the essences of nonlinear paradigm and articulation of its basic descriptions. On the basis of theory of nonlinear dynamics an author gives it a shot recomprehention of the institutions of the state system in the postneclassical epoch. As a result we come to the conclusion about that takes place gradual softening of interpretation of main function of the state, which consists in its monopoly to use "force", not only in cases of social pathology but also substituting by this category a "management category" in common nterpretation of this term. Special attention is spared to the modeling of history of the Ukrainian state system as example on which essence of nonlinear approach opens up in humanitarian tradition of knowledge. A thesis that fixed in basis of analysis can be formulated as follows: crises moments of Ukrainian history are points of branching (bifurcation) - not only not must be eliminated from consideration, but must become central, because the basis of change of selforganization nascent social order makes the change of picture of structure of selforganization in the point of the social branching. It is the points of counting out of opening of logic of nonlinear presentations of process of institualization of the Ukrainian state system.
