Essay

Object of research – an abdominal surgical pathology in dogs and pigs. The purpose of research – to substantiate a pathogenetic role of a primary hemostasis in development of abdominal surgical pathology in dogs and pigs and its correction after surgery of bowel and herniotomy. Methods of research: clinical, ultrasonographic, rentgenological, laparoscopic, hematological and hemostasiological (patelet aggregation, fibrinogen and its metabolites, factor XІІІ, prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time, fibrinolysis, antithrombin-III, protein C). Scientific novelty of work: for the first time a pathogenetic role of a primary hemostasis at abdominal surgical pathology in dogs and pigs was substantialed; there were established, that hypercoagulation of different degree at pyometra, ascites, splenomegaly and intestinal impassability in dogs caused by consumption as plasma, and platelets of factors of blood coagulation; at pigs with non-reducible hernias the changes of a hemostasis following by intensifying of platelet aggregation and depression activity of the general fibrinolysis. It is offered: use Acelysin and intraabdominal injections of admixture of methylcellulose, Tiotriazolinum, Acelysin and Levomycetinum after operations on an intestine in dogs promotes reduction frequency development of postoperative adhesion in abdominal cavity; use Acelysin after a herniotomy in pigs for the correction of the inflammatory responce and preventing maintenance of postoperative complications. It is introduced: obtained results are used in educational process, at studying “General and special veterinary surgery”, at scientific investigations (Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, National Agrarian University, Lviv National Veterinary Medicine and biotechnology University by the name of Gzhitskiy, Lugansk National Agrarian University, Sumy National Agrarian University, National Agroecology University, Odessa State Agrarian University, Kharkiv Zooveterinary Academy) and in practice of the veterinary medicine.
