A thesis for Scholarly Degree of Candidate of History in specialty 07.00.02 - World History. - Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University. - Kyiv, 2009. In the thesis it is fully examined the implementation of the sate taxes and services by the population of Russian Empire during the Russian-Turkish War of 1735-1739. The author explains the supply of provision and forage, including "portsiya" and "ratsiya" in the territory of Left-bank and Slobids'ka of Ukraine, taxed force (horses, bullocks) of Russian Army. Analysis of content and character of payment of poll tax, execution of services, in particular by recruitment, animal drawn and post. Collaboration of inhabitants of southern part of Russia in state works (construction and maintenance of defense line, fortresses and vessels) is presented. Influence of military conflict regarding commitment of estate tax is portrayed.
