The thesis deals with a problem of correct choice of pharmacological correctors of drugs' ulcerogenicity. The aim of this study is the comparison of antiulcer effect of six different drugs such as corvitin, bismuth subcitrate, actovegin, gastrophyt, Hippophae oil, famotidin. During comparative investigation of named drugs it was learnt that thеsе agents have different antiulcer effectiveness in models of gastropathies caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticosteroids, drugs-stimulants of gastric secretion. Besides this, the influence of studied drugs to the gastric secretion and intestinal motility was investigated. Also the effectiveness of corvitin, bismuth subcitrate, actovegin, gastrophyt, Hippophae oil, famotidin combinations (pairs) to each other was studied in model of chronic acetic ulcer in rats. All obtained results and learnt peculiarities of corvitin, bismuth subcitrate, actovegin, gastrophyt, Hippophae oil, famotidin antiulcer effect assist to make (at first) the recommendations of their correct usage for treatment of drugs' ulcerogenicity
