Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of the liver morphologic and functional state after combined using of lansoprazol (in a dose of 5,4 mg per kg), metronidazol and clarithromycin (each in a dose of 90,7 mg per kg) in healthy animals, chronic hepatitis and acute gastric ulcer as well as to the investigation of thiotriazolin (in a dose of 9,07 mg per kg) for lowering hepatotoxic action of the antiulcerous remedies It has been estimated that the use of the investigated remedies is accompanied by the divergences in the liver morphologic and functional slate, intensification of the lipid peroxidation, disturbances of antioxidant defence in healthy animals and aggravation of the pathologic deviations against the background of chronic hepatitis and acute gastric ulcer. The combined use of thiotriazolin and untiulcerous remedies reduces hepatotoxic manifestations of the last in healthy animals, against the background of chronic hepatitis and acute gastric ulcer.
