Object - moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age. Aim - to determine and scientifically substantiate pedagogical conditions of moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age by means of Ukrainian folklore. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistic. Novelty - it is the first time that the notion "moral and ethic education of children of pre-school age" and their componets, criteria and indicators of evaluating the levels of formation of moral and ethic education are determined; pedagogical conditions of moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age are established. The author has developed and scientifically substantiated the model of moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age by means of Ukrainian folklore; characterised the levels of moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age (high, good, average, low).; futher developed the theory and methods of moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age. Results - the author has elaborated the experimental methods of moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age by means of Ukrainan folklore; the methodology of diagnosing levels of formation of moral and ethic education of children of senior pre-school age; the series of tales and stories of moral and ethic direction; crosswords, games; a seminar - practicum for parents on the theme "Moral and ethic education of children within the family". Efficacy of introduction - high. Branch - pedagogical, pre-school educational establishments, high pedagogical educational establishments, pedagogical collleges.
