Dissertation is devoted to the question of preventive maintenance of offences of teenagers in activity law of enforcement authorities. It is developed and experimental is checked collection of social-pedagogical conditions, forms and methods of the shaping of teenager's lawful behavior and it is determined typology of teenagers offenders and ways of the goal-directed interaction subject preventive maintenances for correcting the negative displays in behavior minor; the structural-functional model of the preventive maintenance of the offenses teenager is developed in activity of law enforcement authorities, criterions, factors and levels; the methods of research of formed lawful teenager's behavior are neat as a mean and effectiveness of preventive work. It is proved that efficiency of process of preventive maintenance of the offenses of teenagers in activity of law enforcement authorities is provided by the improvement of educational process through realization of complex approach to social-pedagogical diagnostics with the use of the proper materials for prognostic conclusions and projective methods; undertaking of individual and mass, group educational-preventive work with minors; the realization of the potential of operative-preventive activity of law enforcement authorities in work with parents; strengthening of social and pedagogical control for teenager's behavior.
