Essay

The anticonvulsant action of new esters in dose 1 and 10 mg/kg after intravenous and oral administration had been studied. On the base of obtained data in the range of and aliphatic acids esters there were found promising for further studying compounds, that have neuropharmacological activity and prolonged action term. It was found that 3-hydroxybenzdiazepine esters are not the classic prodrugs, possessing the own pharmacological activity. For the most pharmacologicaly active compounds the biokinetics in the organism of experimental animals had been studied and the pharmacokinetic parameters in organs and tissues.
