Luchkevych V. Comeniana in Ukrainian pedagogical historiography (the second part of XIX - the first part of XX century)

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis and generalization of Comeniological researches of Ukrainian scientists of the second part of 19th - the first part of 20th century. We make our analysis in the context of the development of historical and pedagogical science of the definite period. We reveal also the terminology of research, find out semantic and contextual differences between the terms "Comeniana" and "Comeniology". The methodological model for reconstruction of discussion upon Comenius' heritage is developed. On the base of Comeniological researches' analysis the main tendences and stages of development of Comeniology in Ukra ine are pointed out. The thesis is also devoted to the explanation of interpretation Czech pedagogue's point of view in the works of West and East Ukrainian scientists. The contribution of emigrants to the development of Comeniology studies is found out. The thesis reveals main trends of Comenius' heritage discovery in Ukraine in the period named above.
