Shcherbakov I. Expert modell of land assessment in the terms of large city.

The dissertation is devoted to questions of perfection of decision-making process on a monetary estimation of the ground areas. In work the use of achievements of the theory of not precise sets in an expert estimation of the ground areas, and in practical realization of support of decision-making on a monetary estimation in local authorities is theoretically proved. The logical-mathematical model of support of decision-making on a monetary estimation of the ground which allows to define a possible range of fluctuation of cost of a site is offered and quantitatively to estimate reliability of the received result. It is proved, that use of the offered model raises objectivity and validity of an estimation, and also prevents abusings experts and separates process of decision-making on cost from subjective judgements of experts-appraisers.
