Belocerkovskaya Y. The Psychological structure of operator's activity at heat power stations

Object is a process of operators' professional activity at heat power stations; the aim is the defining of psychological structure of activity and factors of efficiency of TPS operators' professional activity; the methods include analysis, systematizing, observing, questioning, talking, expert mark, analytical profession-gram, structural and functional modeling, testing, automated laboratory experiment, mathematical statistics; the novelty is presented in structural and functional model of operators' activity at TPS block control board, and in developing the notion about the structure of TPS operators' activity, and in widening the notion about the differences in structure of important professional skills of power-engineering students and TPS BCB operators, which allows to create psychological profile of every examined person; the result is the complex of psychological and diagnostical methods for revealing professionally important operators' skills, practical recommendation for increasing efficiency of operators' activity in the process of training skilled specialists. It is introducer in Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogic Academy and Zmiev TPS.
