The subject of dissertation is the process of professional adaptation of technical staff in the conditions of the chemical manufacture; the goal of our research is the theoretical explanation and creation of the methodic of psychodiagnostics of the professional adaptation of technical staff in the conditions of chemical manufacture; methods - theoretical methods of analysis and systematization of the scientific matter in literature sources, methods of analysis of documents, expert judgement, interview, psychodiagnostics, methods of statistical data manipulation, correlation and discriminant analysis; novelty - the generalisated complex of demands to technical staff's professionally important qualities with an allowance for peculiarity of their activity has been determined, the structure and composition of the psychodiagnostical complex of methodics for determination of professional adaptation of technical staff have been developed and substantiated; technical staff's professional adaptation has been detalizated; the idea of personality characteristics of specialists witch influences on their level of adaptation has been broadened; results - the psychodiagnostical complex for examination of technical staff's professional adaptation in the conditions of chemical manufacture and references of using this psychodiagnostical complex of methodics with the aim of scientific prognostication of a level of professional adaptation have been developed; the results of these methodics have been implemented in Donetsk national medical University named M. Gorky, Donetsk juridical Institute named Didorenko, Chemicals plant in Konstantinovka; the field is psychology of work.
