In dissertation is being researched the problem of the formation of humanistic orientation of future economy manadgers during the process of professional training. The theoretical analysis of scientific researches of the given problem is carried out and maintenance of such key notions is exposed how a "professional orientation", "humanism orientation", "professional-pedagogical situation".Content and structure of humanistic orientation of the future manadgers are given. In this research the organization-pedagogical conditions and priciples of the humanistic process of individual have been grounded. The criteria, indexes and the three even are described to development of humanism orientation of future managers-economists.
