Research object: processes of synchronization of monies streams on an enterprise on the basis of the effective setting of norms of floating capital. Research purpose: ground and development of methods and models of the effective setting of norms of circulating assets of enterprise, which allows to synchronize motion of monies streams. Research methods: dialectical method of perceptionreality, methods of system organization of economical processes, economical theory; financial management, economical and mathematical modeling, systems analysis methods of system dynamics and decision-making. Results: conception of management by the streams of circulating assets is developed; the economical and mathematical model of dynamics of circulating assets of enterprise is developed; application of methods of system dynamics within the framework of imitation modeling of motion of circulating assets of enterprise; application of methods of operations management; the logical and formal model of process of management by material, financial and labours streams is developed at the supply, production and sale of commodity; a mathematical case frame by the norms of circulating assets is developed.
