Object of research: processes of management by the logistic system of enterprise. Purpose of research: development of the models of dynamics of the logistic system of enterprise, directed on the increase of efficiency of its activity, decline of logistic expenses and providing of reliability of supplies. Methods of research: systems and situation approaches, agential approach, functional - and object-oriented approaches, structural design, are business of processes, methodology of system dynamics, methods of discretely-event design, methods of dynamic optimization, financial analysis and methods of administrative account. Results: conception of design of dynamics of the logistic system of enterprise is developed; the simulation model of management by functioning of the logistic system of enterprise is developed; the discretely-event model of functioning of ware-house complex of enterprise is offered; the dynamic model of functioning of retail auction enterprise is offered; the models of the by calendar planning of logistic operations are offered.
